A new podcast has entered the scene of film and film collecting.
The podcast was started by Eivind Mork, the same person that runs Super 8 database. Although it is about film and film collecting, it is not connected to Super 8 database. Where the database only look at Super 8 released by distributors, the podcast will cover all gauges, and also touch subjects about shooting film and other film related subjects.
On the podcast, Eivind is joined by Douglas Warren, a US collector and long time friend.
In the first episode they discuss digests and extracts, why they were made, editing strategies, and why we still watch them today.
